We design and develop low-carbon residences across the British countryside, balancing refined living with measurable environmental impact.
Investment strategy aligned with the UK Net Zero decarbonisation target.
Lower operational carbon versus a typical UK build.
Energy-efficient residential and commercial schemes delivered.
Materials sourced through certified sustainable supply chains.
PPG invests in UK residential and commercial properties with sustainable income potential, aligning each asset with the Government's Net Zero 2050 target while building long-term intrinsic community value.
We target assets where energy efficiency, retrofit opportunity, and low-carbon construction create a clear pathway to the 2050 Net Zero target.
Our places are chosen for long-term residential and commercial demand — locations, layouts, and uses that serve the community for decades.
We assess physical, regulatory, and transition risk up front, then report clearly so investors understand how value is protected.

Our developments target long-hold residential assets where energy efficiency lowers operating costs and underpins strong, resilient resale value.
Share a few details and we'll prepare an indicative view of the retrofit priorities, climate risks, and investment considerations for that opportunity.

Dr Angelica Mehr — Founder
Dr Angelica Mehr spent the last twelve years working in the NHS and currently practises Child & Adolescent Psychiatry in the North East. Her career began in the corporate sector before moving into Medicine, and she has lived and travelled extensively across the UK and abroad.
Raised in a family of property developers, Angelica learned about buildings from a young age. Today she is combining that foundation with clinical insight to invest in low-carbon homes and communities.
She believes sustainability is inseparable from public health: well-designed, low-carbon buildings are a form of preventative healthcare that protect the planet, support communities, and create long-term value.
In child and adolescent psychiatry, the home is rarely incidental to a presentation. Cold, damp, poorly ventilated housing keeps children unwell and out of school; fuel-poor households carry a constant, low-grade financial stress that children absorb; overcrowding removes the quiet, private space an anxious or neurodiverse young person needs to regulate. Noise, poor daylight and disrupted sleep worsen mood and concentration, and streets without safe green space cut off the outdoor activity and social contact that protect mental health.
These are the same problems good retrofit solves. Insulation and airtightness remove damp and cold. Efficient heating lowers bills and the anxiety attached to them. Ventilation, daylight, acoustic separation and usable outdoor space are design decisions, not luxuries. That is why our sustainability approach is written around fabric, air quality, comfort and community value — the measures that improve a building's carbon performance are, almost without exception, the measures that improve the wellbeing of the people inside it.
